Seed Grant Funding Tier
TRANSLATE Grants
TRANSLATE Grants seek to build reciprocal, translational partnerships with industry and/or national laboratory collaborators and offer faculty the opportunity to engage in multidisciplinary research for solving real-world problems.
These grants require one UT PI with one or two Co-PIs from industry or a national laboratory.
About TRANSLATE
Translational partnerships for real-world materials challenges
TRANSLATE Grants are designed for projects that connect UT researchers with industry and/or national laboratory collaborators. The goal is to build reciprocal partnerships that position the UT team to engage in multidisciplinary research for solving real-world problems.
Projects should support CAMM’s broader mission in advanced materials and manufacturing while creating pathways for applied research, translation, and future collaboration.
